DTMF and rfc2833-mode and howto disable INFO (and use inband ~g711 DMTF instead)

Hi again,

I've got a core which always supports rfc2833, and access-side customers that supports a little bit of everything and nothing. The're also connecting behind all sorts of more or less flexible b2bs...

So:

- Since my core always supports 2833, and the interface towards core always has 2833-mode=preferred, what is the difference in behavior, when I set 2833-mode="preferred" or "transparent" on the access-interfaces/SAs? I cant figure out what will be different?

- With "transparent" set towards a customer, will my SBC still perform 2833=>INFO IWF?

- What if the access customer doesnt indicate support for INFO in the Allow: header? Will the SBC "honour" that properly?

Howdy, Stranger!
