Disconnect call when there is no RTP packets flowing

When user places a voip call via SBC. If for any reason on client side (either network goes down, loss of wifi signals or battery goes down) call would be ended, but since SBC did not recieve BYE message call will continue to progress.

 

How can I terminate such call where call is in progress but there is no RTP or Media flowing. Are there any Media or RTP timer setting on SBC, if it be global settings or per realm or interface settings.
