replacing the number on reqURI and To

Hi guys 

 

What's the best way of replacing reqURI and To on an incoming call before it is forwarded to the next-hop? Basically I'm trying to translate the destination number before it is egressed from the SD. Initially this is for 20 numbers also its not a fixed desitntion number to be replaced. So 20 numbers inbound gets translated to another 20 numbers. Any thoughts?
