SD Lync Media Bypass support?

Hi,

Anyone configured AcmeSD to support MS lync Media Bypass ?

In case there is multiple clients online for user I assume Lync mediation sends multiple 183 with SDP to SD.

Is there support to block those extra 183 so that only one is sent to SIP-Trunk towards PSTN ?
