Issues With Sessions Not Terminating
We have recently implemented SIP trunking with our ACME 3820's and are having some issues when trying to hang up calls.
We have an Avaya Session manager routing traffic to our ACME 3820. When I make a call from a phone that is registered to Avaya SM and hang up the call from this phone I have no issues. However if I hang up the call on the far end the SIP phone that is registered so Session Manager appears to not receive the BYE message as the call never hangs up.
Is there a config parameter in the ACME that I am missing?
