Problem with NSGate gateway

We have a NSgate 3620 sip gateway and we have faced a problem with it.

Nsgate send a REGISTER request to acme, acme resend request to softswitch but it did not resend packets from softswitch back to nsgate.

I have tried to register nsgate directly on softswitch without acme. Softswitch respond with FORBIDDEN on registration requests.

 

I have checked REGISTER packet and I found that it not contains 'tag' in 'from' field of SIP header.

Also I've found the same problem at asterisk bug tracker:

https://issues.asterisk.org/jira/browse/ASTERISK-19466

It looks like that on asterisk it could be resolved by setting sip
