SIP trunk from Net-net 3820 to MS LYNC 2013

anyone has some success to trunking from an 3820 to MS Lync 2013 preview.

 

I followed the configuration recommended by the guide for Lync 2010, however, the Lync side is always down.

 

I can see TCP handshake initiated from Acme (SYN), then LYNC replied (SYN ACK). Then Acme sends another SYN rather than ACK. this repeats but never establish the TCP connection.

 

I am using StaticTCP to Lync's mediation server.

 

any one can help please?
