min max digits in local policy

Hi

Is there way to define min max digits in local policy. For example i have defined local policy as below

 

from-address 042837*

to-address *

.

.

.

.

 

 

now i want to accept from-address only in series (042837000 to 042837999) thousand numbers only , but i am unable to do so. as above said local policy is allowing any number starting from 042837.........

In some switches there is option to define min max digits. this will ensure to accpet valid digit lengths only.
