Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. I configured NN4500 a surrogate agent(user name is 33328601) on behalf of my sip server.

when i make a inbound call with my mobile phone,SBC responses Carrier with request timeout,i think there must be some wrong configuration in SBC.

what should i do next?
