Outgoing Tanslations Profile question for 4250

All,

 

This would appear pretty straight forward but I seem to be missing something.

 

Device: Net-Net 4250 6.1.0MR-7 Patch 4 (Build 855)
Issue: appending prefix digits on an outgoing call via Translations Profile

Call Flow:  Call ingress Acme 4250 via private network, hits local policy, egress to public network with prefix digits appened to called number. Out-Going Translations Profile assigned to egress. Assigned at first to SA, failed with no prefix added and next assigned to child-realm with same failed result.

 

The same application on a 4500 provided succesful results.

 

Is there a global parameter that needs to be enabled in order to implement Translation Profiles.
