Using SIP Redirect servers

Hi!

As far as I understand the “sag-lookup-on-redirect” was introduced in 6.2. But we’re still running 6.1 and I’m looking into implementing a configuration change where we want to use a redirect server in order to control the routing (today we’re using “static” local policies).

I have looked into the 6.1 configuration guide and found info regarding how to use LRT and ENUM queries etc. to control call routing, but not much information about redirect server scenarios.

Is it possible, based on a “302 Moved Temp, Maddr=….” (received as a result of a INVITE message sent from a SA to a redirect server), force the SBC to use another session agent (matching the Maddr=) in the realm as “next-hop”.

Howdy, Stranger!
