SIP Trunking

Hi,

 

For our customer (Mobile Service Provider) several new projects will demand interconnectivity via SIP trunks.  We need to configure the SD with multiple SIP Trunks towards other parties.

The Net-Net-SD is used to handle all the incoming and outgoing traffic for the Call Center.

This SD is connected to the border of the Call Center Network and the providers Mobile Network.

 

Current Setup :

 

Net-Net-SD 3820

Avaya Session Manager

Avaya Communication Manager

Avaya Voice Portal

 

Is there a BCP available for a setup with multiple SIP Trunks travesing via the same physical interface?

The Avaya Session Manager will off course handle the number analysis.
