I am having an issue with calls to our  conference provider dropping pin codes from time to time. These  are  h323 to sip calls and I have a packet capture of  a failed call. It shows the correct digits being offered to the interface ip of the providers router.On the packet trace I see three packets for each digit with the first marker set to 1 and the other 2 set to 0.My question is about the end bit, on all three packets for each digit it is set to 1 my understanding is that only the last packet should have
