to-address on local-policy

Hi chaps,

 

How do i specify a range numbers on the to-address on a local-policy. I found regex don't work and couldn't find any other way to specify wildcards. i have a range of say 30 numbers so can't add them individually.  Is there any alternative  than using local-route-tables?
