Tiered HMR Strategy to support multiple URI-Display names based on core SIP Interfaces or Realm

I'm trying to come up with a HMR strategy that will give us flexibility to modify the URI-Display names of multiple headers based on either the source SIP Interface or Realm.  We have mutiple business segments within our company and each has a need to NAT the received Display Name (from our internal environment) to the business segment name.  My first thought was to apply a HMR on the ingress core realm that would modify the URI-Display portion only. Then, on the egress peer realm, modify the URI-HOST portion.  Is there a better way to accomplish this?
