HMR to alter Called-party and Calling-party in SUBSCRIBE

Hello,

 

I am a relative novice when it comes to sip manipulations in the ACME but I have been successful with most of the manipulations that I have a attempted up until this most recent one.  I am having a hard time manipulating SUBSCRIBE messages.  In the following SIP, I need to replace the private IPs in the Calling-party and Called-party below with the Public IP of the sip-interface for CNAM interop.

SUBSCRIBE sip:"Provider IP":5060 SIP/2.0
