SIP OPTIONS 200 OK response from SBC required

Hi Acme Packet Community,

I'm after some suggested local-policy and HMR in order to deal with SIP OPTIONS messages coming in from a particular realm (couple of session agents), which need to get back a 200 OK response if the SBC in question is online/in service.

Currently the OPTIONS messages are following the local-policy established for routing calls, and due to the OPTIONS message sending to Anonymous@, the destination session agents are responding with a 404 Not Found which the originator is interpretting as a route down - apparently only a 200 OK will suffice.
