HMR amendment to replace " " with "Unknown" in INVITE message From header

Hi there,

I was wondering if someone could help me out with a suggested amendment to an existing HMR that's already applied to the in-manipulationid of a SIP trunk realm. As well as the current HMR logic, the additional logic that I'm after needs to

• Look to see if the From header text string for an inbound call (INVITE) starts with a space/is a single space within quotes
• If it is, amend the From header text string to have a value of “Unknown” instead

This is needed as our session agents behind the SIP trunk throw a 500 Server Internal Error if it sees a text string starting with a space e.g.
