HMR to remove "terminated;reason=rejected" from Subscription State message header in NOTIFY message

Hello Folks,

below is my issue, i have my PBX which is sometime sending inacurrate information back to the SBC.

the phone are all remote and they register to the OBX thru the ACME packet SBC.

after the registration process, phones sucbribe to series of events. Sometime, after a successful registration and a subscription, the PBX is  responding at first  to the SBC with a NOTIFY that has  " Subscription-State: terminated;reason=rejected" inside., even if few millisecond later, it responds with another NOTIFY which is correct..

this is causing the SBC to ignore any other correct NOTIFY coming for the same transaction.
