Modify SIP Refer Messages

Hello,

 

I was wondering if anyone would be able to assist me in putting together an HMR to modify a SIP Refer message.  

 

Currently, our PBX is sending this back out to the SBC:  

 

  ........                         Contact: <sip:5551233277@11.255.15.78:5060;transport=udp>

     ........                         Refer-To: <sip:15552177719@11.255.15.78:5060?Replaces=aaab514d9aecda5bec061fa3b2073193%4012.46.10.58%3Bto-tag%3D1935565774-1397142855523%3Bfrom-tag%3Dcjkyj6A>

     ........                         Referred-By: <sip:5551233277@12.46.10.58:5060>

 

Which the carrier doesn't accept as they are looking for the following:
