reffered-by to p-asserted-identity

Hello,

 

I have a Lync 2010 setup where reffered-by header is sent to SBC and is needed to be replaced with p-asserted-identity (same value but stripped +). At the same time + needs to be added at beginning of FROM field.

 

How could this look like?
