HMR for "uri-display" containing vowels

Hi All We have a customer using E-SBC which is doing SIP-Trunking between SIP-provider, Microsoft Lync, AVAYA PBX (CS1000) and Aastra PBX. SIP Call from Lync to AVAYA PBX has an issue if Lync Client has vowel within its display name (e.g. Müller, Öttlinger, etc.). On the AVAYA PBX the calling party name display is weired, where as on the Aastra PBX there is no issue. I tried to fix this with an SIP-Manipulation (modify "uri-display" if vowel appears in display-name). Unfortunately I cannot put vowel character into the SBC cli config. Is there a solution for putting special character
