How to add sip headers to base uri-param

i experts,

 

I want to add PAI and PSU headers to base uri-param , for example the SBC received a message as following.

 

CANCEL tel:+12394818213 SIP/2.0
Via:SIP/2.0/UDP 10.40.0.11;branch=z9hG4bKBroadWorks.10li4eb-10.40.0.1V5060-0-793804907-1479414773-1380272111829-
From:"ABC"<sip:+12375777777@abclab.net;user=phone>;tag=1479414773-1380272111829-
To:<tel:+12394818213>

When the Route header which received message included 2 uri-param "orig" and "no_service" then add PAI and PSU as following.
