Dealing with anonymous in From URI

Hi,

 

I am looking for some help with an HMR I have in a peering scenario. I already have an HMR setup for adding a "+" to a number in the "From" field, however this results in the rule giving "+anonymous" when calls are placed with witheld CLI.

 

I would like to know how to make an HMR that performs the addition of a "+" ONLY for numeric uri-user-only, if there are any characters then they should remain untouched.
