HMR to check registration cache

Hi community

 

Can a HMR check the registration cache? I have an access sip-interface where the registration-caching is enabled. If a request is received in that interface from a non-registered endpoint, I'd still like to take the request in the SBC, but I'd like modify the R-URI before processing it. Can I have a HMR to check the received From o P-Preferred-Id against the registration cache and modify the R-URI depending on the result of that check? I've gone through the documentation, but I haven't seen anything to help me in this situation
