Manipulate the uri-host if stored value == TRUE

I'm trying to create a rule that look at the uri-user on a To header: IF the value = 'anonymous' the uri-host is modified to 'anonymous.invalid'. If the stored value is NOT = 'anonymous'  the uri-host should be changed to $REMOTE_IP
