Change P-Charge-Info Header to Charge Header

In our network we have a Metaswitch 2510 and a Nortel/Genband CS2K.  For special billing DN (ANI / Charge Number) the Metaswitch only supports sending a P-Charge-Info SIP header.  The CS2K on the other hand only supports a Charge SIP header.  So in our 4250 I wanted to see if I could change the header names from one to the other to support the endpoint being signaled to.  And as well slightly modify the contents of the header accordingly.  I've been experimenting with HMR on a lab trunk today, starting by trying to simply change a header name, but have not had much success.
