HMR: How to reject INVITE in v.6.1?

Hello,

 

I have a question regarding how to reject an INVITE with a particular response. I know that in version 6.2 there is such an option in the sip-manipulation configuration (action reject), but I need to do this in a v.6.1 SBC. Is there any simple way to create an HMR in order to reject an INVITE and respond with 503?
