IWF issue no ringbacktone using NetNet 9200

dear all

 

we have problem no RBT for IWF connection. Problem in our SSW sending to SBC 183 without SDP, and SBC sending to carier Alert without OLC. how to manipulation to get 183 with SDP or change 180 ringing ?please find flow the trace
