Transcoding Workshop Presentation

I am trying to download the PDF presentation from the Acme Interconnect 2013 as uploaded here:

The presentation is really slow to download and seems corrupted (both versions).

 

Can anyone upload it again please? I am looking for details on how to configure In-band DTMF to SIP INFO interworking using a NN4500 with transcoding NIU on 6.3.7
