Transcoding Speex - G.711

Hi!

 

I'd like to know if is it possible to depoloy a transocding scenario using the SBC between Speex (usually used by asterisk) and G.711, Speex will be transcoded to G711.

 

Any recommended configuration in the SBC?, Is it necessary to add certain hardware to the SD?

 

I'm checking right now transcoding essentials guide, I'd appreciate if you could give a little light on this matter.
