Radvision MCU interoperability h323

Hi guys

i'm encountering some issues about interoperability with an Radvision MCU Scopi Elite 5115 , this is my scenario :

 

we have 2 SD 3820

 

one located at public side with 2 h323 stacks,one stack with a public address and one stack with a dmz adress and another beetween the first sbc and a firewall...both sbc are configured with gw h323 stacks and routing is applied through local-policy...signaling seems to work fine becouse when i try to call from outside with an h323 client i reach the MCU but it rings but it is not answering me , it seems that it doesn't send me the connect message .
