Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Getting "SIP/2.0 503 Cannot Create Transport Connection"

Hi there

We have a 9200 SBC, that is sending back "SIP/2.0 503 Cannot Create Transport Connection"

In response to a INVITE (re-invite for a 30 min call in progress)

And then the call fails

I don't know what this is telling me.

Has anyone experience this before?

Or can anyone explain why the 9200 is sending this?

Or suggest logs, other items I could check?
