Request URI when using a SAG

Greetings,

Our switch signals to only one of the SAs(SA1) built in the in a SAG - SA1 and SA2.  When the SA2 receives the request the request URI still has the uri-host that is passed by our switch - that of SA1.  The only way to overcome this for us is to use header manipulation on the INVITE on SA2 to change the RURI to the IP built on SA2.  The problem is the call uses loose routing and the session is established to another IP.  When our switch tries to status the call via another INVITE at 15 minutes,
