Register is getting 482 Loop Detected

Hi Fellows, I have a issue with the Register Request and I am seeing the issue is just when the user is behind a FW and not to the ADSL connection. Cause when is behind the FW the Cseq is not being  increased by 1 after a challenge.

Any idea what I could recomendant to the FW guys to try solve this issue.

 

According with the RFC.

RFC 3261:
...
CSeq: The CSeq value guarantees proper ordering of REGISTER requests. A UA MUST increment the CSeq value by one for
each REGISTER request with the same Call-ID.
