SBC sending health-query-number queries only

in Acme Packet (MOSC) Question

 

Does anyone knows what I must be missing or what is missconfigured so that the SBC 3820 using 6.3 or 6.2 SWs is not been able to send a ENUM lookups?

 

SBC is just been able to send the health-query-number and getting the corresponding answers but, when I do a lookup for the same health-query-number via CLI; it is not sending out to the ENUM server such lookup.  The same thing happens if I do a lookup for another telephone number.

 

Below please see the configuration and also the two lookups i am trying:
