SIPREC and call transfer

I'm playing around with SIPREC and have it up and running.

1. A calls from PSTN to IP-phone B. SIPREC+RTP is sent to SRS. (B is flagged for recording)

2. B then transfers the call to IP-Phone C. (This is done with REFER in the Cisco PBX)

3. Cisco PBX sends re-INVITE to Acme with updated SDP to reflect new connection info to C.

A------------Acme---------------Cisco PBX------------B----------------C

C is not flagged for recording i the SRS, so I would expect this recording to stop. However I see no SIPREC signaling to reflect the call transfer. Call is still recorded after transfer.

How is it suppose to work? Currently we have a legal issue because A and C does not know they are being recorded.

Howdy, Stranger!
