SSL private key and CA signed certificate export?

Hi all,

We are planning to have 2 SBC pairs working in a redundant manner with the same domain using TLS. We need to generate a CSR and then to import CA signed certificate record on to the 1st SBC pair. Is it possible to export private key and CA signed certificate record from the 1st SBC pair and import them on the 2nd SBC pair? I'm a bit confused with the explanation from Config Guide:

If it is used to present an end-entity certificate, a private key should be associated with this certificate record configuration using the ACLI generate-certificaterequest command.
