users authentication on Radius server

Hi guys

in order to let users authenticate their credentials with an external Radius server i configured this in the security section...can be enough or am i missing something ? becouse my customer reported me that its RADIUS is not receiving any response from sbc (there is no firewall beetween them ) ...first time i configure this section of the sbc so i've no experience, any help is really really appreciated
