SBC rejected all traffic when changing access-control-trust-level

Hi,

Last week we faced a total outage when we tried to set the "access-control-trust-level" of an access realm from medium to low.

The configuration is listed below but here is a small summary:

1.An access realm through which users register to an Application Server.
2.REGISTER messages are routed using local-policy
3.access-control with trust-level high is used to allow only signalling from our modems

When we changed the access-control-trust-level in the realm from medium to low the SBC blocked all users in that realm, rejecting traffic at network processor (there was no response to incoming signalling).

All registrations in the Cache expired and the SBC would not accept any traffic on the access realm.

Howdy, Stranger!
