Blocking multiple registrations

 

Is there a way to detect and block multiple registrations of a single user from various IPs on a 3820?

 

The scenario could be that there is a genuine user who is already registered. But if a hacker is trrying to register using compromised credentials of the registered user from a different location, I want to detect and alert using SNMP and also want to find out if there is a blanket way of stopping these registrations and generating an alert when such an attempt is made.
