Blocking EyeBeam client spoofing
One of my "sister companies" presently is having issues with spam fraud attempts originating from EyeBeam softphone clients spoofing their customer's registrations and sending out mass calling events through their MetaSwitch and nn4500 cluster.
Does anyone have a simple soulution I could send to him? The Switch Engineer has no real working knowledge of the 4500s and I have to work via a WebEx session connected to a sometimes suspect remote desktop.
I'm basically looking for something to simply block the EyeBeam client from sending any calls, drop or reject is just fine.
