Call Forward Detection in Europe

Environment:  SIP-Trunking service being used in Europe.   Outbound call originates from customer using SIP-Trunking service destined for a telephone number (TN) on the legacy non-SIP phone network in Europe.

 

Question:  Can the legacy phone network detect if the TN has been forwarded to another TN?    And if so, can that detection be passed back through the SIP network such that the originator can recognize that the TN has been forwarded?
