Looking for customers interested in testing a security plug-in that is under development
Hello to all-
Patrick McNeil, our Security Evangelist, is looking for a trial customer for a new security plug-in he has developed. This new plug-in can identify the SIP message ‘signatures’ from up to 12 different SIP attack tools including those that are most commonly involved in fraud. The following releases are eligible to participate:
6.3.0m3 and above (note that the 4250 does not support 6.3)
6.3.9
6.3.15 (SMX), though SBC is preferable
Other requirements include:
*Has edge SBCs connected to the Internet
*Is deployed in an access model, otherwise known as “remote-worker” OR Deployed in an OTT SIP peering without ACLs limiting traffic to individual IPs (i.e. anyone on the Internet can reach your SIP interface)
