SD responds Notify with 500

Hi experties:

 

Attached is the sequence where SD returns 500.

#7 is Notify with "confirmed" to 200 (#5) but the terminal seems not to respond to this request.

SIP server retries sending Notify and send another Notify (#12) with new event.

SIP server continue to retry at #14 and #15 and SD responds with 500 to #14.

The issue seems retried Notify have lower CSec value than #12.

We want to make sure if SD returns 500 on receiving lower CSec value within the same Call-ID.

If so, is there any configuration on SD to ignore CSec ordering?

We believe the root cause is the terminal does not respond to Notify with "confirmed" but seeking alternate solution as there are many type of terminals and they are out of our control.
