HA on H323 system

Hi guys

i'm planning to deploy an HA 3820 system , we will use H323 for videoconference and my doubt is about HA on H323...is it fully supported ? becouse from "show heath"  i cannot see "H323 synchonized" from the list..does the signaling is synchronized like SIP , or only media is synchronized ?
