6.3.9 image to 6.4

We are currently running a 6.3.9 image and are looking to upgrade to the latest verison of  6.4 on our 4500.  From what I understand going to 6.4 changes the Operating System to Linux so we can utilize both CPU's. 

 

Am I able to go straight to the lasted 6.4 version or do I need to step up to it?

 

What bootloader version do I need to be on?

 

The zip files used to include the proceedure prior to going to Oracle.  Where is the proceedure hiding in the Oracle web?
