Monitoring of the ACME Packet SBCs.

We are in the process of evaluating Palladion to monitor the SBCs in our environment. I have gone through Palladion's doc, as far as monitoring is concerned. There is a ton of stuff on the docs, but could someone please help us just in short to answer the following:

 

1. What are the key Health Indicators on the appliance do we need to watch for and how do we comfigure Palladion to monitor the KHIs?

2. Can we set up thresholds on CPU Util, Disk Space, Memory, transactions on the box??? What are the hardware parameters that we need to watch for?
