BCP on new Oracle tech support site

Hi guys

please do you know where can i find the latest BCP guides on the new Oracle Tech support site ?  i've searched for them but i found only regular configuration guides , honestly it is seems a jungle and it is quite confusing if compared to the old Acme Packet Tech support site
