[Palladion] Problem with Transactions metrics

Hello,

 

I have a problem with certain metrics:

- Platform-wide: Advanced metrics-> SIP Transactions, eg " Number of completed transactions with a given method name and response code".
-For a particular device, Advanced metrics-> Transactions eg "Number of incoming/outgoing transactions with given method name and response code".

 

I need to see the correct and failed INVITES. On calls table I can see these INVITES, but the metrics do not collect any value.

 

What could be the problem? Another way of monitoring these INVITES?

 

The Palladin version is 3.3.2, but I tried it with 3.3.40 and the result is the same.
